Dear Right Moves,
I work at a studio with a crazy ass studio manager. She is a controlling bully, who is a permanent wedge between the staff and the photographer we all love. Should I tell the photographer how miserable she makes our lives? I think he’d be shocked.

Dear Bullied in Studio C,
My bet is that the photographer you all love knows exactly what she is like and needs that bad cop to balance out his being the nice guy. A studio manager works in tandem with the photographer. If you want to talk to your nice guy photographer, of course, you should, but don’t expect him to replace her. Keep me posted on this one, I’m interested to see what happens.
