Inspired by the romance of travel and a desire for professional challenge and affirmation, many photographers dream of landing around-the-world assignments. It hardly seems possible when ad budgets are so tight. But some clients with worldwide operations and markets continue to send photographers all over the world to execute ambitious campaigns and other projects.
