Diana Markosian’s most recent project, “My Father, The Stranger,” is a series of quiet, metaphorical images exploring the photographer’s feelings of longing and loss. She shot the images over the past year, after showing up unannounced on her father’s doorstep in Armenia. It had been 15 years since she had lost all contact with him because of her parents’ divorce....
