Brazilian-based editorial and fine art photographer Fernanda Preto recently shot photography for a photo essay in Brazil for the November/December issue of Audubon magazine.. "Raising the Steaks" is about South America's legendary gauchos who are joining forces with conservationists in a plan that could help save a way of life and millions of grassland birds.
