Matt Mead Shoots Infrared for The Erie Project

By Barbara Goldman

Erie, Pennsylvania-based  photographer Matt Mead  has been shooting The Erie Project.  Several years back he bought a Canon EOS 60 D camera body and converted it to infrared. This year he decided to incorporate it into this new personal project. Matt is going to photograph some of his favorite spots in the Erie area with both his regular and infrared camera bodies.  The work has a nostalgic effect and highlights the beauty and positive aspects of Mead's hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania. Follow him on Facebook and see more.
