Richard Alden Peterson Prints In Recombo DNA: The Story of Devo

By Barbara Goldman

Denver, Colorado-based entertainment, music, lifestyle and documentary photographer Richard Alden Peterson, recently had five of his vintage Punk-Art photos printed in a social-cultural book about Devo called Recombo DNA: The Story of Devo or How the '60s Became the '80s.  Peterson also participated in a fundraising project at the Denver Botanic Gardens for the Colorado Photographic Arts Center by creating environmental personality portraits of families. And last but not least,  The Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art auctioned unprocessed film he shot with a Holga camera to a major international collector for $750. The buyer dows not even know what is on the film but he and Peterson will select an image for a fine art print that Peterson will create.  ou can see more of his  Richard Alden Peterson's  Dangerously Creative Photography here.
