Eizo has introduced a new ColorEdge monitor for those in need of extreme color accuracy. The 24.1-inch ColorEdge CS240 delivers 99 percent of the Adobe RGB color space across its 1920 x 1200 pixels. The monitor is powered by Eizo’s color processing chip which the company claims ensures smooth tonal reproduction across the entire display.

You’ll find a DisplayPort input for 10-bit color reproduction along with HDMI and DVI inputs. There are also a pair of USB upstream ports so that two computers can connect to the display at once.

The monitor’s stand can tilt 35 degrees and swivel 344 degrees. You can choose either a landscape or portrait orientation as well as change the height of the stand to suit your ergonomic needs.

The monitor is bundled with Eizo’s Color Navigator 6 calibration software which includes presets for photography, printing and graphics applications as well as a host of custom controls for brightness, gamma, white point and ICC profiling.

The CS240 will retail for approximately $869.
