Year after year, Lowepro churns out photo bags and backpacks that are not only highly functional, they’re snazzy looking. Outdoor photographers should dig the look, feel, and features of the new Photo Sport 200 AW backpack (r), which continues Lowepro’s stylish but handy tradition.

A dual compartment pack, the Photo Sport 200 AW is designed to offer serious protection for your photography gear including a triple-ripstop nylon exterior shell and Lowepro’s patented All Weather AW Cover. There’s also another Lowepro creation inside the pack: the Ultra-Cinch Camera Chamber that swaddles your gear in a secure compartment to prevent it from bouncing around whether you’re riding your mountain bike or climbing a mountain.

Along with protecting your camera and lenses, the Photo Sport 200 AW makes it easy to get to them. A zippered side-access pocket lets you quickly rotate the backpack to the front so you can unzip and uncinch the camera and start shooting immediately. The compartment is big enough to fit a DSLR with a lens and flash.

Meanwhile, the top-loading upper compartment gives you nearly 14 liters of flexible storage space to fit photo accessories, maps, a jacket, cell phone, or a snack. The pack, which has reflective piping so cars can spot you, comes in Black/Light Grey or Orange/Light Grey. We think the orange color-combo looks pretty rad.

Cost: $199
